I discovered my word for 2016: ILLUMINATION.

My Winter Solstice present this year from Rob took me on a writing journey into wellness during which I made my discovery.

In two sessions, I went through Susannah Conway’s Unravelling the Year Ahead workbook. The free PDF allowed me to reflect on 2015 as well as set intentions and dreams for 2016 and beyond.

I highly recommend giving the workbook a try, especially to my writer friends. It just might surprise you what comes flowing out of your head and heart.
